Story

 So basically the prologue I am thinking of is that this that the protagonist comes out of the court room, and at the same point baki sab log bhag ke court room me ja rahe hai

Remember this scene because this point of all the people other than him run in a backward direction is very important scene

 So the protagonist walks sad all across the street all alone sad  but with a smile

 When a man in black suit, white shirt black tie and black hat comes to him and says his name, age and time of death and says "Confirm Your Identity"

 This black suit person is basically a grim reaper who takes souls of people and make make them realise their mistakes/good points,  make them feel guilty and then erase their memory so that they can start fresh in afterlife

 So when this girm reaper comes and says Confirm Your Identity, then protagonist says that I have already lost my identity a long ago

 Then grim reaper smiles and takes him to his place where the protagonist's after life will start

And there the protagonist tell him about his life, where he was a very happy person in life, he used to make everyone smile (more especially agar batau to divyangi types, kyuki ab tu piyush ko to janta nahi hai to reference dena bekar rahega)

 Then he talks of this incident which happened

He also tell the grim reaper that he is really afraid of ghosts and all but he has a good sense of humour so he kind of adds a fun elements whenever he will encounter ghost

This part will basically show how happy he was before this incident and what this incident has made him

So basically after that this incident happens and he lost his life after this incident

 And for the world he was just a  number (kaidi number)

The girl was pressurized to deny to such events because of 2 reasons 

1. Because it was a attempted rape so parents actually didn't wanted it to come out in public,

2. As she came from a rich family basically business class family so if someone found any of the fact, be it rape attempt or murder accused, the family would have suffered a lot of humiliation in society

So at the end only this person is left all alone

Case trial keep on going on but no results

With going time society actually thinks that the protagonist was a criminal and maybe he was attempting rape and he killed the person (who was basically the actual criminal) who came to save the girl

With going time girl was also feeling guilty

 He lost his job, no one gave him job, society thought him as a criminal and all that suffering stuff

By going time the protagonist's family also thought that he was a criminal and stopped supporting him

 So finally that court trial, he enters the court and this time he was sure this will be his last trial

So what happened he straight away said that this is his last trial and he will be free after this

(here comes the part of my dream which actually made me cry)

And the protagonist says this with that level of confidence that no one can believe him

He said he will accept all the crime he has done

He says that he had done a crime of Saving a girl from a criminal

He proudly takes his full name loudly and says that so and so is a criminal whose crime was of helping a girl in her tough time

And he says what all he had stuffed in all these time, hate and all that stuff

(the scene specifically I saw in the dream was)

When some lawyer trys to interrupt him, he shouts at him and quotes "I AM USING MY RIGHT TO SPEECH. AND NO ONE CAN STOP BE FROM DOING SO. YOU PEOPLE HAVE SOLD YOURSELF FOR SOME MONEY AND WANT to hear what you want. Now hear the truth"

Even when the judge tries to stop him, he repeats his words

Then at the end of saying everything lawyer asks him if he has any type of proof

Then he criticizes the law which only beleives in proof which can easily hampered and the criminals are free even after everyone knows that they have committed a crime

Then he looks at the girl (lead) and says "My only crime was that I tried and save a girl. And I treated like a criminal by the society even when I had not used any weapon for saving the girl (basically saying that the girl had thrown a stone on the criminal)

(NOW REMEMBER THE FIRST SCENE)

He steps back from the witness box, pulls the gun from a cop standing there and shoots himself (LOOKING AT THE GIRL, TEARS IN HIS EYES)

Shoots himself in head

That is why in the first scene everyone was running inside the court room, and he (basically his soul) was walking out of the court

So when his soul tell this whole story, to the grim reaper

Grim reaper had tears in his eyes

 Then the Grim reaper, gives him a tonic with which he will forget everything which he drinks

Then grim reaper says that he has some work , and asks the protagonist to take care of the work place of grim reaper for some time

[24/12, 11:40 am] Sanjay Kumar: And the grim reaper goes out

[24/12, 11:40 am] Sanjay Kumar: After some time grim reaper comes with a soul, the soul of the same girl in the story

[24/12, 11:40 am] Sanjay Kumar: She had also committed suicide because of guilt.

[24/12, 11:40 am] Sanjay Kumar: When she sees the protagonist in the room, she crys and falls on her knees and apologies for her silence

[24/12, 11:40 am] Sanjay Kumar: But the protagonist reacts normal like before and he cracks joke on her sitting on her knees and flirts with her (basically because of the tonic he has forgotten everything and now he is happy)

[24/12, 11:40 am] Sanjay Kumar: The girl is shocked with his reaction and she crys because she wanted to get forgiveness from him, because she was his criminal for not saying anything

[24/12, 11:40 am] Sanjay Kumar: The girm reaper thanks the protagonist and shows him a way for his afterlife

[24/12, 11:40 am] Sanjay Kumar: The grim reaper then attends the girl and she says I only want his forgiveness and that's all.

[24/12, 11:40 am] Sanjay Kumar: Then the grim reaper says that the protagonist had already forgiven her, (basically before leaving to take her soul he asks the protagonist that who according to him is culprit for all his sufferings, and the protagonist replies that we have made society unsafe for women, and that is why all these things happen. And in case of rapes if the society who have seen the boy as the criminal rather than finding loop holes in women's dress sense, their timings to go out and other such things then the whole story would have been different.

[24/12, 11:40 am] Sanjay Kumar: Then the grim reaper asks will the protagonist be able to forgive the girl, and he says that he has forgiven her a long ago

Then grim reaper asks why he shot himself looking at her, then the protagonist replies that the world will force their decisions on girls. And he was expecting her to take her own decision to say the truth rather than following decisions forced on her by her family
